For non-customised in-stock items: We aim to send out your ready item/s within 48 hours. For customised in-stock items: We aim to send out your ready item/s within 5-7days. For urgent order, please WhatsApp us @ +65 9151 3159 to confirm delivery date before confirming your order. If you have ordered a preorder item/s, kindly note that it is a pre-order and the estimated arrival date is usually 10-20days. We seek your kind understanding that preorder items might be subjected to unexpected delays especially during this covid period. So we strongly advise customers to order preorder item/s, only if you are willing to wait. If you have ordered both in-stock and preorder items in the same order, please note that we will dispatch your in-stock item/s within 48 hours for non-customised item/s and 5-7days for customised item/s whereas your preorder item/s will be dispatched in a separate parcel 10-20days later. We will update your order status via your email provided to us, i.e. “A shipment from order # is on its way”. Do note that local courier will take another 2-3 working days to be delivered to you after your item/s is/are dispatched.
We strongly urge you to opt for courier service @ $4.50 nett for traceable parcel with tracking number. Alternatively, you can choose Singpost normal mail @ $2 for parcel within 2KG at your own risk as we will not be responsible for any lost mail. Thank you. If you wish to return or exchange an item/s, please email to 520mallonair@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items will not be accepted for return without pre-authorisation. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit. We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Once returned you are entitled to receive an exchange or refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. These terms do not apply to customised and discounted items. We do not provide return or refund for customised item/s after the order is being fulfilled. Please make sure that you have carefully read the description of the customised item/s before making a purchase. We take pride in our products and will ensure your item/s is well packed before posting it out. Please note that we will not be liable for any damage caused by the courier or during delivery.
